KIMAIYO ORDERS ALL CARS WITH TINTED WINDOWS TO BE IMPOUNDED
Inspector of police Kimaiyo orders all vehicles with tinted windows to be impounded .this comes as the police boss is seeking to tighten the security of the country sighting that cars with tinted windows can be used to transport illegal goods and also can be used to camouflage terror suspects and aliens
