PRESS STATEMENT ON THE RECOMMENDATIONS THAT HE BE INVESTIGATED FOR HATE SPEECH;
Poor Dr. David Matsanga's name.
1. I have always known that as long as I stand firm against ICC cases and deliver a blow to the ICC fake cases of Kenya, i will pay the price for being patriotic to Kenya and Africa.
2. The NCIC summons will be giving me practice- session for a mini - trial to that the world will see when I take on ICC as Amicus Curiea in President Uhuru Muigai Kenyatta case when i will deliver word by word, inch by inch, soil by soil, the evidence i have against those who plotted to take him and Ruto to ICC,
3. I knew that by defending President Uhuru Kenyatta and Kenyan suspects there was a price to pay and even if I am jailed , banished, or killed on this journey ,these innocent Kenyans who were selected by political mafia that is now ganging up to do the ICC bidding in local scene. But seriously these suspects one day will remember me even when dead. .
4.. It will not hurt my Soul for having stood for the truth when defending Uhuru Kenyatta and Ruto and Sang against international fangs that faked their ICCcases. I knew that those enemies of President Uhuru Kenyatta and William Ruto and Arap Sang on ICC cases will one day come for me.
5. "Internal regime traitors" working with NGOs want Matsanga's name dragged in a local arena when i have defeated them on ICC cases internationally.They want to molest me locally .
6. I have been prepared for the" storm coming" where i will be used as scapegoat and I now give the (NCIC ) my Telephone numbers +44790901252 in London or

WHEN YOU CALL A PRESIDENT WHO APPOINTED YOU A PIG AND THIEVE IN A FOREIGN LAND IS THIS HATE SPEECH OR GOOD SPEECH .
In a recent Kampala media meeting in front Ugandan journalist during break time and present were state House officials Mr Denis Itumbi, Munyori, and some Senior government officials this same so called Chairperson Miss or Mrs Mary Ombara of this NCIC called President Uhuru Kenyatta "a pig and a thief "when Kenyan officials were present. She said in her own "her words you elected these two pigs and thieves that why our country is like this" Now Mrs Mary Ombara has chosen to take on the only pillar of the same so called thieves internationally and wants Matsanga to be destroyed on the same orders of "baba"group that has been at the fore front of calling for Matsanga's arrest. I will produce these "tapes to prove that she is worse than matsanga" You touch me you rattle me and i will defend my name as my face book has all my facts . I WANT TO THANK YOU SO MUCH MY FOLLOWERS FOR HAVING ENCOURAGED ME TO STAND UP AGAINST ICC FAKE CASES.
MY STANCE MIGHT HAVE HURT SOME PEOPLE WHO WANTED THE 3 KENYAN SUSPECTS JAILED AT ALL COSTS. MY INTERNATIONAL STAND WHICH REMAINS SO IS THAT INVESTIGATIONS IN KENYAN CASES WERE FLAWED FROM THE START AND BOTH SUSPECTS AND VICTIMS WILL NOT GET JUSTICE FROM ICC COURT.
AS I HAVE BEEN POLITICALLY TARGETED BY MADAM MARY OMBARA (NSCMM) COMMISSION MALIGNED WHOSE INSTRUCTIONS CAME FROM INTERNATIONAL AND KENYAN NGOsTHAT HATE ME AND MY STANCE ON ICC BUT I WILL CONTINUE TO EXPOSE THE DANGERS OF ICC ON AFRICAN CONTINENT AS MY DEMOCRATIC RIGHT IN THE DIASPORA.
I LEAVE IT IN THE HANDS OF THE GOOD BROTHER DPP TO DECIDE WHICH OF MY POSTINGS HAVE INCITED KENYANS TO KILL EACH OTHER. BUT I ALSO WANT TO ASK WHY THOSE WHO HAVE SENT ME INSULTING POSTS FROM MARY OMBARA POLITICAL PARTY HAVE NOT BEEN TARGETED?

Good Morning Africa, I did not sleep well because i had many questions that i wanted to ask instead of my usual tough stance that i take against issues like ICC and toxins of or regime change?
THESE ARE LOADED QUESTIONS THAT I WANT TO ASK MY KENYAN AND AFRICAN FRIENDS OUT THERE : LET US ALL TRY TO SHARE FACTS! AS A CONFLICT RESOLUTION STUDENT THESE ARE THE QUESTIONS I WOULD ASK TO FIND A MIDDLE GROUND FOR BOTH SIDES.
1. IS IT THE SECURITY RISKS OF TERROR ATTACKS IN A BIG CROWD THAT HAVE WORRIED THE POLICE AND SECURITY AGENCIES TO ACT? , WHAT WOULD HAPPEN AFTER THE RALLIES HAVE AN ATTACK WHAT WILL THOSE OPPOSING IG AND SECURITY AGENCIES SAY?
2. IS IT THE MOTIVES OF THE RALLIES THAT HAVE WORRIED THE POLICE AND OTHER SECURITY AGENCIES TO ACT THE WAY THEY HAVE ACTED?

FACT; The NCIC has so far only managed to prosecuted Vernacular musicians John de' Mathew, Kamande wa Kioi & Muigai Njoroge Kigutha For hate speech.All other hatemongers on social media are walking scotch free.while popular politicians engage in everyday call for political division and mass action which can lead to bloodshed.Its with no doubt that the outfit which was created with an aim to serve every Kenyan without being biased on political ideology is now being used by external forces that are outside the country thus blowing NCIC aims and targets out of proportion
