Well I am concerned about the permissions sought by WhatsAPP. There is a new version which you must up-grade to or you will not be able to use WhatsAPP. The new whatsapp programme updates will see you giving the app permissions that could cost you your privac without knowing 1. Camera - This enables WhatsAPP to take pictures and video using your device camera without your confirmation - In other words someone is spying and can even take videos where you are. 2. Sms and phone contacts - By installing the APP you allow the application to read...delete or even sent sms without further consent. More disturbing it accesses all the data of your phone contacts including emails. 3. Access to Google Applications and Passwords - This is very disturbing the App is able to access your emails without further consent and even communicate on ur behalf. 4. Location locating real time 5. Phone never goes off - The App gets permission to access your your phone and ensuring it does not go to sleep. 6. Recording and storage -in a very disturbing permission the APP, we all allow it to record our calls and even if you delete any message on the APP it is automatically gets stored on the APP servers.
